What LocalHaul does
Lists loads, carries offers and counteroffers, checks driver documents and posting companies' roles, keeps each load's messages and trip record, and records what each load owes.
What LocalHaul doesn't do
It isn't a motor carrier and doesn't move freight. It doesn't choose drivers for a load, and it doesn't collect, hold or pay out any money: posting companies pay drivers directly.
Who uses what
Drivers use the driver app on their phone. Shippers, brokers and carriers use Dispatch in a browser. LocalHaul staff review documents and help with loads that run into trouble.
